Appointment Cancellation Policy

Patients are kindly advised that we require a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We are a very busy clinic and providing us with sufficient notice allows us to offer the appointment to another patient in need. Reminder emails/texts are a courtesy only and it is the patient’s responsibility to remember their appointment date/time.
 
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will be subject to the full treatment fee.
